This deliverable presents the Open ICT Platform’s requirements with respect to a set of relevant ‘dimensions’ (the Framework). It also presents a description of how this Open ICT Platform is to be used and the Guidelines for Integration. A set of dimensions are defined, including both functional and technical requirements.
