To define a new way of working, the current situation of the European construction market is analysed first. This deliverable D9A identifies the current situation of the European construction market and presents conclusions about how to develop an InPro business concept. Accordingly D9B provides a strategic framework for business concepts regarding global, organisational and contractual and financial aspects. Furthermore, elements for contract have to be designed. The outline of the InPro business concept addresses the following issues:
